Consulate General admits applicants for consular services only by prior online appointment, strictly following the designated time and the stated purpose of visit.

Foreigners while registering for the trip to Russia must still provide a negative PCR test result for coronavirus infection obtained no earlier than 48 hours prior to arrival.
