Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Toronto admits applicants for consular services ONLY by prior online appointment, done here.

This appointment system organizes and optimizes submission and processing of documents making consular service more efficient. Around-the-clock operation, automatic queuing and ease of use are among its advantages.

It is free of charge to get an appointment.

In case of emergency, please, contact the Consulate General via email at toronto@kdmid.ru. Please, be advised, that employees of the Consulate do not have access to the online reservation system, and are not allowed to do appointments on behalf of the applicants.

Online appointment system allows you to get an appointment for consular services, to change the time or cancel/delete your appointment.
