Important message for the visitors of the Consulate General
Consulate General admits applicants for consular services only by prior online appointment registered after March 17, 2022, strictly following the designated time and the stated purpose of visit.
In cases of dire emergencies appointments could be granted upon special requests through toronto@kdmid.ru.
Only applicants are admitted inside. Must be COVID-19 symptoms free. Protective masks are recommended. Should carry only documents needed for processing - in see-through files (no bags or briefcases).
